Shipping Policy

We want your order to reach you quickly, safely, and without surprises. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.

Where we ship

We currently ship anywhere in South Africa. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping rates

  • Free shipping on all orders over R650.
  • A flat rate of R150 applies to orders under R650.

Your shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout, so you always see the total before you pay.

Dispatch and processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed over a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times

We ship nationwide door to door through a network of trusted courier partners. Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Main centres: 2 to 4 business days.
  • Regional and outlying areas: 3 to 5 business days, and occasionally longer for remote locations.

These are estimates. Delivery times can vary during busy periods, sales, or due to factors outside our control such as weather or courier delays.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way. Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout, as this helps the courier reach you.

Missed deliveries and incorrect addresses

Our couriers will attempt delivery during business hours. If a delivery cannot be completed, the courier will usually make another attempt or contact you to arrange redelivery. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may carry an additional shipping fee.
