Products and pricing

All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We work hard to keep product information, images, and prices accurate, but errors can happen. If we discover an error in the price or description of an item you have ordered, we will contact you to confirm whether you would like to continue at the correct price or cancel the order. We may update prices, products, and offers at any time.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we confirm it and dispatch your items. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing or product error, or if we are unable to process payment. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through our payment provider at checkout. We do not store your full card details on our systems.

Shipping and returns

Delivery is handled as set out in our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds are handled as set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy. Both form part of these terms.
